25+ Years and I still love what I do -- and I love to share it, teach it and talk about it
 
Since 9th grade, I knew I wanted to be a graphic designer and I love that I am — 25 years of art direction, graphic design, presentation, copy-writing, branding, printing, and teaching experience has helped my dream come true. I get excited to learn more from experts and share what I know with new talent.
 
I am currently VP, of Presentation & Design Services & at Warner Bros. Global Insights & Analytics and a Professor of Graphic Design and Digital Media at Otis College of Art and Design.
 
I serve as a member of PromaxBDA People & Culture Committee and TAP, Promax Future Leaders Board, and DVHS Hall Of Fame Committee. I am a 2016/17 PromaxBDA Thrive Graduate (SPEAKER, GO BRAND YOURSELF), 2014-16 PromaxBDA Judge; and 2014 InDesign/Illustrator User Groups Guest Speaker.
 
I have also been a featured artist at the 2018 Black Bear Film Festival Artful Black Bear and 2011 Pratt Institute Self Promotion Show, Spotlight Promotional Designs
 
In 2015 I received what I believe to be the best honor, I was inducted into my high school Hall of Fame. To have my teachers and fellow classmates nominate me for this prestigious award is truly the best honor.  As a thank you for this honor I started a Scholarship for one graduating senior from my High School Class. To qualify they need to create a facebook page showing where they’d like to be over the next 10 years.

I graduated with honors from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Communication Design, and have been fortunate to work for some forward-thinking Companies such as Warner Bros., HarperCollins Publishers, Marvel Entertainment, and New World Entertainment. I also founded 2 companies; Fishbrain, a graphic design firm that specializes in packaging, promotions, custom publishing, corporate identity, and branding plus Get REAL Creative, a non-profit art school that donates a portion of the proceeds to arts in education.
